Michael is the HIM Director for a large primary care physician group in Holmes County, Ohio which is home to a large Amish population.  This group also has a contingent of several pediatricians.  Many of the Amish residents in the community come to the group for primary healthcare.  Michael is aware of a large measles outbreak going on in the country, which is striking largely unvaccinated populations.  He is also aware that within recent years, an Amish community in Ohio suffered from a measles outbreak as well.

After searching and reviewing the internet for the CDA 2019 data that confirms this measles outbreak in U.S., analyze how clinical decision support (CDS) software could help identify at-risk patients, especially where states without measles cases reported.
