Nurs 6051 Week 10 Case Study Assignment
Week 10 Case Study-
For this assignment, you will examine a case study and analyze the symptoms presented. Not all information that you may want is included in the case study because as a NP, you might not always have all information but you need to develop a diagnosis anyway. In this case study, you will develop a potential diagnosis. You will identify the elements that may be factors in the diagnosis, and you will explain the implications to patient health. Please look in the Week 10 folder and review the assignment information.
In particular, develop a diagnosis based on the information provided to you, the associated patho, and any patient factors like gender, race, or ethnicity that contribute to the diagnosis. Remember, the point of this assignment is to see you take patient information, come up with a diagnosis and explain why you selected that diagnosis.
