Please read the article to learn all you can about Failure to Rescue and how improving your clinical judgment can save lives.

· Define critical thinking, clinical reasoning, and clinical judgment with credible references.

· Illustrate one patient incident where you used all three to rescue or prevent harm/injury to a patient in practice.

· Reflect on your practice and how you can achieve a higher level of clinical judgment. What are your strengths and areas for improvement in clinical judgment?
