You want to make sure there are enough (E.g., at least 30??) articles empirically examining this relationship (online mental health sessions/support and benefits to mental health) before selecting it.
When doing your review, be sure to pay attention to the way you need to search for articles. You must follow an iterative approach, once you decide on your general topic. Eventually you will create a research question that the review article outcomes (aka “data”) can answer.
